Orders & Service
Team orders can be prepared with shared brand direction and individual profile details for each person.
Each design submission is reviewed within 1 business day. Manufacturing is completed within 5 business days of the email confirming approval, and transit takes an estimated 1–5 business days after carrier handoff.
A previous card direction can be reused for future orders so teams can keep a consistent card language.
A starting quantity, card direction, logo assets, and the profile information are enough to begin the order flow.
Your rights
Yes, until the email confirming your design is approved for manufacture has been sent. You are then refunded in full within 14 days, to the payment method you used.
Cards are made to your design, so after the approval email a change of mind alone is not grounds to return one. Your statutory rights for faulty, missing or wrong items remain.
You can withdraw, ask for a price reduction, free repair or a replacement under Consumer Law No. 6502. Valid claims get free return instructions; see the cancellation and returns policy.
